Terms of Use.

This English version is provided for convenience. If it conflicts with the Portuguese version, the Portuguese version prevails.
1. The service
Ludi is a platform for language teachers to prepare, teach and follow up on online classes, with a public directory where students find teachers and talk to them directly. The platform is constantly evolving — features may change, and we will let you know about relevant changes.
2. Accounts and access
Teachers create an account directly; students join by invitation from their teacher. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for what happens in your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable, and we may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud or breach of these terms.
3. Plans and payments
The teacher subscription is monthly, charged in Brazilian reais, under the plans published on the home page, and processed by payment providers (Stripe). Lesson packages a teacher sells to students are agreements between teacher and student; Ludi handles the billing and the payout under the pilot's current conditions, as shown inside the product. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle.
4. Teacher content
The material a teacher creates or imports remains theirs. By using Ludi, the teacher grants us the license needed to host, display and process that content — solely to operate the service (including the AI features, which always produce drafts for the teacher to review).
In the community, sharing a material is the teacher's choice and allows other teachers to copy and adapt it for their own classes. Do not share anything you do not have the right to share.
5. Public directory
The public teacher page is optional (opt-in) and can be unpublished at any time. Teachers are responsible for the information on their own profile. Messages sent by prospective students arrive inside the platform; any further contact between student and teacher is the responsibility of the parties.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Ludi for illegal activity, to infringe the rights of others (including copyright in teaching materials), for harassment or spam, or to attempt to break the platform's security.
7. Ludi's intellectual property
The Ludi brand, software and design belong to us. These terms do not transfer any rights to them beyond use of the service while your account is active.
8. Liability
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.
9. Termination
You can close your account whenever you want. We may terminate or suspend the service for an account that breaches these terms, giving notice where the law requires. Data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of the user's domicile in Brazil. Questions: contato@ludi.company.
